Account Management
Wireless Generation assigns each customer an Account Manager who works to ensure your mCLASS solutions and services are performing to meet expectations.

Training
Wireless Generation believes that a strong training curriculum is instrumental to successful adoption of mCLASS products. Our trainers model correct use of mCLASS products and give school staff the tools they need to become proficient with our technology to both administer assessments and access important results that inform classroom instruction.

Professional Development
Wireless Generation provides advanced professional development services that help educators create plans for administering assessments, develop models for using results to inform instruction and intervention strategies, and analyze individual assessment data to pinpoint specific student needs.
