Management
Patrick Smith is Wireless Generation's vice president of operations and is responsible for managing service delivery in our Account Management, Technical Services, Professional Services, Training, Customer Data, and Customer Care departments.
Prior to joining Wireless Generation, he was a senior vice president with Aon Consulting where over the course of seven years he held various management positions in their Call Center Performance Measurement, Employment Process Outsourcing, and Human Capital Services business units. His other work experience includes General Electric where he managed their service delivery operations in New York City and the U.S. Army where he attained the rank of Captain serving in various leadership positions. He holds a B.S. from the United States Military Academy and an M.B.A from Hofstra University.
