Wireless
Generation works with customers to implement mCLASS solutions as quickly
and smoothly as possible. Depending on your state, district, and/or
school needs, we offer On-Site and Remote implementation options, as
well as ancillary services and training designed to increase your staff’s
comfort level with maintaining mCLASS technology.
Account setup includes implementation planning with
a Wireless Generation account manager, as well as the following support
services:
- A Wireless Generation account manager walks you through the step-by-step
implementation process, including the school, staff, and student data
submission process.
- Use of the mCLASS Web site for secure submission of school, staff,
and student data.
- Ordering of student administration materials (i.e., "kits")
for each of your solutions.
- Ongoing support of your account.
Includes the following support services delivered via telephone by Wireless
Generation staff:
- A Wireless Generation technician walks a designated
school technician or representative through the setup of handhelds and
Sync Stations.
- A Wireless Generation technician works with each school
to confirm handhelds and Sync Stations are operational.
Includes the setup of a combination of Sync Stations,
handhelds, and/or training labs:
Standard Package per School
Usually requires 1 to 1.5 days and includes setup of the following:
- Two to three central Sync Stations
- One training lab with 10 to 15 computers
- 20 handheld devices
Enhanced Package per School
Usually takes 1.5 to 2 days and includes setup of the
following:
- Individual teacher Sync Stations
- One or more training labs with 20+ computers total
- 20+ handheld devices
Includes one on-site technician to help customer
technicians or representatives with any network or hardware issues confronted
throughout the setup process. Customers may structure a pre-approved
“reserve” fund to pay for any additional on-site support
they may require.
Wireless Generation offers a training session for school and district
technical staff on the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting
of mCLASS software. This training session will ensure that school and
district staff members are fully equipped to help teachers in the future.
This is available alone or in conjunction with onsite deployment.
